Hi, I’m Aria Naidoo.
I’ve built in two very different worlds: a cybersecurity startup that raised $2M in pre-seed capital, and a highly regarded plant medicine church that grew into a thriving healing community.
What I learned in both is that visionary women are rarely lacking ideas.
What they often lack is a space where spiritual conviction, embodied leadership, and rigorous business strategy are allowed to belong together.
Too much traditional business education teaches women how to monetize their expertise.
Too much spiritual business education stops at purpose and intuition.
But if you are here to build something consequential, you need both.
You need the vision.
You need the business model beneath it.
And you need the capacity to become the founder who can actually steward it.
That is why I created Women Who Roar.

Aria Naidoo
Aria is a founder, strategist, and leadership facilitator with a background spanning strategy consulting, venture-backed technology, and spiritually rooted businesses.
She mentors women building beyond the limits of a traditional coaching model — helping them connect bold vision with viable business strategy, embodied leadership, and the conviction to lead what comes next.
She is also a writer, podcaster, Indian classical vocalist, and lifelong student of embodiment, ritual, and the sacred.

Isis Indriya
Isis Indriya is a founder, ceremonial facilitator, and community builder with more than two decades of experience creating transformational spaces for tens of thousands of people.
Her work is devoted to ritual, sacred sciences, Indigenous wisdom traditions, cultural exchange, and the transmission of ancient knowledge into contemporary life.
Over the years, she has built a substantial global community around devotion, coherence, and embodied spiritual leadership, including an online audience of more than 35,000 people.
She also leads pilgrimages to Egypt and creates spaces where spiritual depth, community, and lived practice come together in a way that is both ancient and deeply relevant to the world we are building now.

Ana Paula Jimenez
Ana Paula is the founder of Amawa Institute and a leading voice at the intersection of women’s hormonal health and psychedelic medicine, with a particular focus on microdosing for perimenopause and menopause.
Her education and advocacy have reached more than 30,000 women across Latin America, and her work is helping shape the conversation around psychedelics, women’s health, and evolving policy in California.
She brings a rare combination of medical depth, lived experience, advocacy, and founder leadership to the room.

The first Women Who Roar brought together founders and visionaries who were building businesses that mattered deeply to them.
And something happened in that room that I couldn’t have manufactured.
The women stopped shrinking the size of their visions.
They spoke about the things they really wanted to create — without making them smaller, more reasonable, or easier for other people to understand.
And they didn’t hide the vulnerable parts either.
The uncertainty.
The half-formed ideas.
The questions they hadn’t answered yet.
The parts of themselves still catching up to the magnitude of what they felt called to lead.
That is what I want Women Who Roar to be.
